Dear Lunar does not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.
All items are carefully curated and intuitively picked with care. We do our best to ensure it is delivered to you as per how you purchase it and package it with the utmost care.
Unfortunately we cannot control what happens to our packages during transit. Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please ensure you get in touch with Australia post for any transit issues.
